Returns & Exchanges

POLICY 

Items purchased from Elise x Elisia are not eligible for a full refund. Items purchased are only eligible for exchange or store credit when returned within 7 days of purchase. 

 Items that are marked SALE are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

RETURNS

Please email us at info@elisexelisia.com to request a return label. 

Once you receive the return label from us, please do the following: 

  • Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s). 

For exchanges: please indicate the desired item/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.

  • Pack your item(s) and invoice into a box and attach the return label.
  • Get the box to FedEx/UPS depending on which label we sent you. 

Leave the rest to us. We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please allow  3-7 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

  • TOPS, BOTTOMS, AND DRESSES

          Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

  • SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE

          Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
