Return Policy

Items purchased from Elise x Elisia are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We accept unworn swimwear and clothing bought from Elisexelisia.com in new and unworn condition with tags and liners attached. 

 Items that are marked SALE are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. 

The cost of return label ($4.00) will be deducted from your refund. 

Return Process

Please email us at info@elisexelisia.com to request a return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive a refund notification to your email within 5-10 business days.

Exchange

We only offer exchanges of the original item in different color/sizes purchased. Contact customer service and indicate the desired item/size you want to exchange. 

• Pack your item(s) and attach the return label.
• Get the box to FedEx/UPS depending on which label we sent you. 

Leave the rest to us. We will send you an email when your exchange package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please allow  3-7 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your exchange order. 

Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and liners attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

• Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove  protective sticker.
