Shipping & Return Policy

U.S Domestic Shipment

Orders typically ship within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow extra ship time during the pandemic. FREE standard shipping applies to all US orders. Shipment rates are calculated at checkout. 

Orders placed Friday afternoon will ship on Monday. Elise x Elisia is not responsible for stolen packages and any delays due to local disruptions.

International Shipping  

We do not ship to International P.O boxes.

We do offer expedited shipping on international orders.

All International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All duties and taxes are calculated based on your address, the items you ordered and the value of your order. We are not responsible for custom duties and taxes. Duties and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

What’s your return policy?

In the event that you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as you received it and it must be unused. Our products can be refunded within 14 days of receiving the order.

My product is unused and in the original packaging, what’s next?

Please email, info@elisexelisia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will set up the return for you.

Return slip?

We will provide you with a return slip once the return request is accepted. The cost of return label ($4.00) will be deducted from your refund. 

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Upon arrival at our warehouse, we will inspect, and process returned merchandise. If it does not qualify for a refund, we will deny the return. Once processed the funds will be sent immediately, it may take 3-10 days to show up on your account depending on your bank.

What do I do if something is wrong with my package upon receiving it?

If there is an issue with your order, please email info@elisexelisia.com immediately and we will resolve it for you asap. Include your order number and any photos / descriptions of what went wrong. 

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
